Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what the issue may be? I have called Lenovo tech support 2 different times and both times I have been hung up on or disconnected. The disk and USB stick works fine with Windows 7 HP and Dell computers. I have also tried to boot to the DVD drive with a Symantec Ghost Boot Disk, but the laptop will not boot to the DVD or USB stick to load Symantec ghost and try to take an image of the drive that way. I tried this on my own HP Windows 10 machine, and was able to use the cloned drive without any issue. For all of my Windows 7 machines that I have done with the software (none of which are Lenovo), the clone drives work fine. I used Apricorn Drive Clone software to perform the clones. For each of the SSD drives I have put into the machine, when I turn it on, it tells me the drive isn't connected or can't be accessed (error screen is the photo) I have tried to clone the drive to 4 different SSD drives. The current drive boots without any issues. The machine has a generation 7 intel processor in it. I have a WIndows 10 Lenovo E570 laptop with a 500GB drive that I am needing to replace with a SSD drive for a program the user is needing the performance for.
